Susan Valaitis is the Human Resources Director at Southern New Hampshire Services. Susan comes from the for profit sector with over twenty five years of management experience as the Director of Operations for a $200M manufacturing organization. In her roles, she was responsible for the management of customer service operations, and business processes and functions. She developed and executed projects/business plans, integrated and aligned requirements with corporate business functional areas and distribution channels/ customers. She also implemented ISO 9000 procedures, and provided financial analysis, and communicate state-of-readiness for operations service programs.

In addition to her position in the for profit sector, Susan was the CitiStat Director for the City of Nashua where she was responsible for performance statistics and analysis of operational department functions, reporting, process mapping and industry metrics. Susan also took on the role of interim Human Resources Director while working as Citistat Director for the City of Nashua. In this position she managed department functions with 16 unions and 2800 employees.

Susan has a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Organizational Communications and has completed graduate courses in Business Management.
